Mick is the co-convenor of the Northern region New Zealand Green party. When he is not palming chip fat off to bus companies as a fuel alternative, he cuts some fairly mean code.
His experience is appropriately varied and worldly. A graduate of Oxford University, Mick has spent time in both the academic and commercial sectors, working as an Artificial Intelligence researcher, a systems programmer, an application developer, and a stay at home dad living in an eco village on the Kaipara coast.
